摘要
分析蓄能器在液压吸收冲击回路和液压缸增速回路中出现问题的原因,从蓄能器容量的合理性、蓄能器与顺序阀的匹配性以及蓄能器初始容积和充气压力设定、压力继电器启闭区间的确定等方面,提出改进措施,使蓄能器达到最佳应用效果,为液压系统设计提供了参考。
The causes hydraulic cylinder growth the problems emerging from the hydraulic absorption shock circuit and the circuit are analysed. After such aspects as the rationality of the accumulator volume, the matching of the acumulator and the sequence valve, the presetting of the accumulator's initial volume and charge pressure, and the determination of the on-off interval of the pressure relay have been taken into consideration, improvement approaches are proposed to maximize the capacity of the accumulator and provide references for hydraulic system design.
