摘要
推压大轴作为电铲的主要部件,其使用寿命长短决定着电铲可用率。在统计安家岭露天煤矿7台PH2800XPB电铲的使用寿命的基础上,分析了影响电铲推压大轴的使用寿命的因素,并提出了延长电铲推压大轴使用寿命的思路和途径,为提高电铲生产效率提供了有效保障。
Shipper shaft is the major component, whose working lift guarantees the availability percentage of the shovel. On basis of the statistics of working life of seven electrical shovels in Anjialing surface mining,the factors of the working life of shipper shaft is analysed. Reflections and means of prolong working life of shipper shaft, which can increase shovel production efficiency provide effective protection.
