摘要
在多级串联理想混合流反应器中进行二级可逆反应时,可用图解法和代数法求各级反应器的出口浓度。但图解法不够精确,代数法又费时费力,而且,当反应器个数趋于无穷大时,以上两种方法则无法计算。针对上述两种方法的不足,开发了一种新的方法,即利用C++语言,依据递推关系式编制程序,该程序能够迅速求解,并与计算结果完全一致。该法具有精确、快捷、通用、方便的优点。可以显著提高计算效率,不仅在多级串联理想混合流反应器的设计中具有重要应用价值,而且在实际的化学工业生产中也具有重要意义。具有推广价值。
For second-order reversible reaction in multiple mixed flow reactors in series,the output concentration of each reactor can be solved by algebra and wag of graph.However,the former needs a great deal of time and energy,and the later is not accurate enough.Furthermore,it can not be calculated by these two methods when the number of mixed flow reactor tends to infinity.The new method introduced could overcome the shortcoming of the previous methods.A program was developed in C+ + according to the iterative formula,which could calculate the output concentration of each reactor quickly,and the result of the running program was perfectly consistent with the calculating result.Moreover,the method was convenient,quick and accurate,and it was not only practical in the design of multiple mixed flow reactors in series but also important in the production of the chemical industry.Therefore,this method of computer programming is worth of generalization.
