摘要
以硫脲,丙二酸二乙酯为原料,经环合、甲基化、氯化、甲氧基化、氧化五步反应制得4,6-二甲氧基-2-甲磺酰基嘧啶。着重对氯化及氧化反应的工艺进行优化,总收率58.1%,纯度98.6%。中间体及产品结构均经红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱确认。
4,6-Dimethoxy-2-methylsulfonylpyrimidine was prepared with thiourea and diethyl malonate as raw material by cyclization,methylation,chloration,methoxylation and oxidization.The effects of the reaction conditions of chloration and oxidization on the yields were investigated.The total yield was 58.1%,and the purity of target product was 98.6%.The structures of intermediates and target product were confirmed by IR and 1H NMR.
