摘要
为了研究分析LUDV多路阀中的压力补偿阀,介绍了压力补偿阀在系统中所起到的关键作用,在AMESim环境下建立了仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析和试验验证。研究结果表明:试验结果验证了仿真建模的准确性;压力补偿阀LS腔增加小刚度弹簧,能够减弱液压冲击,适当增大阀芯内节流孔直径可在不影响其响应速度的前提下减弱液压冲击。
In allusion to the pressure compensation valve of LUDV multi-way valve,what a key role it played in the system and established its simulation model in AMESim was described.The model was proved to be accurate by simulation and experimental results.The results show that it would weaken the hydraulic shock by addding a small stiffness spring to the LS chamber of the pressure compensation valve,and by appropriately increasing the diameter of the orifice in the pressure compensation valve would not affect the valve's response speed either reduced hydraulic shock.
