摘要
为提高粮食烘干系统的自动化程度,采用MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System,MCGS)通用监控系统与PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制技术相结合的方法,由PLC实现控制功能,由MCGS组态软件实现实时监控、报警、数据查询及报表输出等功能.进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明,该方法可操作性强,自动化程度高,实现了现场设备的实时监控,对粮食烘干控制及工业现场监控的进一步研究有着积极的意义.
A control method based on MCGS(Monitor and Control Generated System) General monitoring system combined with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) technology was designed to improve the automation of grain drying system.The control functions was realized by PLC,and the real-time monitoring,alarm,data query and report output and other functions were realized with configuration software MCGS.The simulation experimental results show that the method is suitable to operate and the degree of automation is high,which has a positive meaning in control of grain drying and further studies of industrial site monitoring.
