稻壳制炭机挤压模具失效分析及改进措施

摘要 针对某厂生产的稻壳制炭棒机挤压模具在使用过程中存在磨损较快、寿命较低的问题,对该挤压模具进行了失效分析.该模具的金相组织为F+P(少量)+片状石墨,硬度为104HBW.依据该挤压模具的工作条件,提出了采用球磨铸铁及提高模具耐磨性和使用寿命的处理工艺:860℃~920℃正火或正火+中频感应淬火处理. The failure analysis of the extrusion die was conducted to the problems which was used on the carbonizing rod machine by rice shell.Most dies have low service life and wear resistant.The results showed that the die consists of most ferrite,a little pearlite and strip graphite,of which the hardness is HBW104.The spheroidal graphite cast iron was used and improved technologies were put forward to enhancing the working lifetime and wear resistant of the extrusion die: normalizing at 880℃~920℃ or normalizing adding intermediate frequency induction heating.
