摘要
采用焙烧复原法和离子交换法将甲氨蝶呤(MTX)插层组装到水滑石层间,制备了一种新型的甲氨蝶呤柱撑水滑石抗肿瘤药物-无机复合层柱材料.通过XRD,FT/IR对产物分析表征,并对其在不同pH条件下的体外释放性能进行了研究.
A new drug-inorganic composite involving an antitumor drug methotrexate(MTX) intercalated layered double hydroxides was assembled by calcine-recovering method and ion-exchange methods.The structures of materials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction and FT-IR spectra.And the properties of releasing in vitro in different pH value were explored.
