摘要
目的:比较不同炮制方法对连翘中连翘苷含量的影响。方法:在色谱柱为美国wat ers symmet rycol umns(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水,程序梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/mi n;检测波长为280 nm;进样量为20μL;柱温:25℃的条件下采用高效液相色谱法测定连翘蒸晒品、生晒品中连翘苷的含量及峰面积,并与连翘苷对照品进行对比;结果:连翘果实蒸、生晒品所含成分几乎没发生变化,但在含量上前者明显高于后者。结论:连翘在炮制过程中蒸晒、生晒对其有效成分组成影响不大,但蒸晒品连翘苷的含量较好,这充分说明连翘蒸品优于生品。
Objective:To compare the different processing methods on forsythia glycosides content.Method:The column was from the United States waters symmetry columns(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase was methanol-water,gradient elution program;flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength was 280 nm;injection volume 20 μL;column temperature:25℃,which were the conditions of high performance liquid chromatography forsythia steam drying products,raw materials in the drying phillyrin content and peak area,and compared with the reference substance phillyrin.result:Forsythia steamed fruit,Sun-dried product contains almost no change in composion,but significantly higher than in the content of the latter on the former.Conclusion:Forsythia in the process of steam drying processing,Sun-dried little effect of its active ingredients,but the steam drying products Forsythin content was better,that showed it better than the raw materials forsythia steam products.
