2458例健康体检人群脂肪肝相关因素的调查研究

Survey and Research on Related Factors of Fatty Liver of People with Medical Check-up for 2458 Cases

目的:对健康体检人群脂肪肝相关因素进行对比研究,为干预措施提供依据。方法:将2 458例体检者分为脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,对2组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、体重指数进行对比。结果:脂肪肝组TG、TC、VLDL-C、GUL、BIM发生率均高于非脂肪肝组,2组间对比,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:TG、TC、VLDL-C、GUL、BIM与脂肪肝的发生密切相关,并提示控制体质量及血脂、血糖水平,对减少和预防脂肪肝的发生,减缓脂肪肝病症和严重并发症的发生有重要意义,并有利于脂肪肝的早期预防和及时治疗。

Objective：This article studied on the related factors of fatty liver of people with medical check-up comparatively,to provide a basis for interventions.Method：2 458 people with medical check-up were divided into the fatty liver group and non-fatty liver group,the two groups were compared on the total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,fasting plasma glucose,body mass index.Result：The incidence rate of TG,TC,VLDL-C,GUL,BMI in the fatty liver group is higher than the non-fatty liver group,comparied between the two groups,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The occurrence of fatty liver is closely related to the TG,TC,VLDL-C,GUL and BMI,and prompted that controlling the levels of body weight,blood lipids and blood glucose has significance to preventing fatty liver and reducing the occurs of fatty liver disease and serious complications,and is beneficial to early prevention of fatty liver and timely treatment.
