头痛宁胶囊合针刺防治偏头痛60例

Preventing and Treating Migraine with TouTongNing Capsule Combined with Acupuncture for 60 Cases

目的:观察头痛宁胶囊合针刺防治偏头痛的疗效。方法:将118例门诊偏头痛患者随机分为对照组58例和治疗组60例,对照组采用西比灵配合丹参滴丸口服治疗,治疗组采用头痛宁胶囊合针刺治疗,2组均以30天为1个疗程。治疗前后观察2组在头痛持续时间、发作频率、头痛强度等方面的改善情况,并比较疗效。结果:经过1个疗程的治疗,总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为69.0%,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:头痛宁胶囊口服配合针灸治疗偏头痛,在减轻头痛程度、缩短头痛持续时间等方面疗效较好,且无明显的毒副作用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of preventing and treating migraine with TTouTongNing capsule combined with acupuncture.Method：118 cases of migraine in outpatient were randomly divided into two groups：The control group had 58 cases and were treated with sibelium combined with DanShen dropping pills orally,the treatment group had 60 cases and were treated with TouTongNing capsule combined with acupuncture,the two groups were treated for 30 days for a course of treatment.Observed the improvement situation on headache duration time,seizure frequency,headache intensity and compared the efficacy before and after treatment.Result：The total efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 69.0%,the difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05） after a course of treatment.Conclusion：Treating migraine with TouTongNing capsule combined with acupuncture orally has better effect on relief of headaches,shortening the duration of headache and no significant side effects.
