手法整复支架外固定治疗内收型肱骨外科颈骨折

Treating Adduction Humerus Surgical Neck Fracture with Manipulation Frame External Fixation

目的:观察手法整复支架外固定治疗内收型肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:对65例内收型肱骨外科颈骨折患者均采用广州中医药大学附属佛山市中医院陈氏正骨十四法手法复位,单边双杆肱骨微型支架外固定,术后指导患者功能锻炼,并配合中医辨证论治,予中药内服、外洗治疗。结果:所有病例均获得随访,参照Neer肩关节功能评分标准,优43例,良18例,可4例,差0例,优良率为93.8%,无严重并发症发生。结论:本法具有不切开、不剥离骨膜,手术操作简单,复位固定可靠、关节功能恢复好等特点。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of treating adduction humerus surgical neck fracture with manual reduction and fram external fixation.Method：65 cases of adduction humerus surgical neck fractures were treated with fourteen methods of Chen bone-setting technique in Foshan city hospital of TCM affiliated to Guangzhou university of TCM,unilateral double-pole external fixation of humerus micro stand,guiding functional exercise in patients after surgery,and combined with treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM,oral traditional Chinese medicine and external washing treatment.Result：All patients were followed up,with reference to score grading of Neer shoulder function,43 cases were excellent,18 cases were good,4 cases were possible and 0 case was poor,the fine rate was 93.8% and without serious complications.Conclusion：This method has characteristics of no cut,no periosteal stripping,simple operation,reliable fixation,good recovery of joint function and others,and is suitable for further clinical practice.
