双螺杆多相混输泵的泄漏模型分析

摘要 对双螺杆多相混输泵的几何特性进行了详细分析,比较了国内外不同的理论分析方法,给出了各种泄漏通道相关几何参数的计算方法,具体给出了齿顶间隙、接触线间隙等不同间隙的几何参数。文中分析了不同泄漏通道在不同工况下的流动数学模型,同时考虑了泄漏通道几何参数在靠近入口和出口处的变化,并以基元容积为控制容积,建立了双螺杆多相混输泵的泄漏数学模型。 The geometric characteristics of twin-screw multiphase pump are analyzed in this paper specifically.Different theoretical analysis ways at home and aboard are compared and the calculation method for geometric parameter of various leakage channels related is given.Specially,the geometric parameters of different clearance such as tip clearance and contact line clearance are given.The flow mathematical model of different leakage channels under different operations has analyzed.Meanwhile,the variables of geometric parameters close to inlet and outlet are considered.The leakage mathematical model of twin-screw multiphase pump is established based on setting elementary volume as control volume.
