摘要
目的探讨实时超声弹性成像(RTE)与乙肝后肝纤维化程度的关系,评估RTE应用于诊断乙肝后肝纤维化程度的可行性。方法经病理证实的肝纤维化患者76例,应用RTE进行肝脏弹性成像的弹性特征量分析,并与肝组织纤维化病理学分级对比。结果相关分析显示肝纤维化程度与肝纤维化弹性成像的弹性特征量应变均值(MEAN)、标准偏差(SD)、蓝色领域百分比(AREA)、复杂度(COMP)、CORR、SKEW、CONT及IDM相关(P<0.01),其中与MEAN及AREA的相关性最好(r=-0.827、0.881,P<0.05)。结论实时组织弹性成像可以对慢性肝病患者的肝纤维化程度进行初步的评定,是对传统超声的一种有价值的补充。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between real-time tissue elastography (RTE) and liver fibrosis of patients with hapetitis B, and to assess the feasibility to diagnose the degree of liver fibrosis with RTE. Methods Seventy-six patients who were confmned by pathology of liver fibrosis were detected by RTE,and their parameters of RTE were collected,which were compared with the pathological grade of hepatic fibrosis. Results Correlation analysis showed that liver fibrosis was related to the parameters : MEAN, SD, AREA, COMP, CORR, SKEW, CONT, IDM of RTE (P 〈 0.01 ), there was best negative relation with MEAN,AREA (r =-0. 827,0. 881 ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Real-time tissue elastography is a useful method for the preliminary diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic liver diseases. And it is a valuable supplement of traditional ultrasound.
