摘要
为了对建立贵州优良玉米种质资源的指纹图谱以及玉米自交系的合理利用提供理论基础和依据,利用SSR标记研究了12份优良玉米自交系的遗传多样性。结果表明,从120对引物中筛选出52对多态性丰富的SSR引物,在供试材料中检测出201个等位基因变异,每对引物检测等位基因2~11个,平均3.87个。SSR引物的多态性信息量(PIC)介于0.12~0.78,平均多态性信息量为0.45。UPGMA聚类分析表明,12份供试材料在遗传距离0.60处分为4类,该结果与种质系谱的分类结果基本一致。
120 SSR primers were used to study the genetic diversity of 12 maize inbred lines to provide the theoretical basis and reference for finger-print construction of fine maize germ plasm resources and rational utilization of maize inbred lines.The results showed that there were 52 pairs of polymorphic primers and 201 alleles were detected.The numbers of alleles per primer was 2~11 with an average of 3.87.The polymorphism information content(PIC) ranged from 0.12 to 0.78 with an average of 0.45.UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 12 maize resources could be classified into four groups where genetic distance was 0.60,the results were consistent with their pedigree analysis.
