光皮树幼苗接种丛枝菌根真菌的光合生理响应 被引量:12

摘要 为探讨丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对石灰土基质中光皮树(Cornus wilsoniana)光合生理的影响,并为光皮树菌根化育苗技术提供参考,在大田栽培和盆栽幼苗下接种AMF菌剂,对幼苗生长1年后其生物量及光合生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:接种AMF菌剂后,幼苗生物量显著高于非接种处理,接种AMF菌剂处理的幼苗有较高的菌根侵染率;接种组净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度显著高于非接种处理;AMF菌剂显著提高了幼苗水分利用效率、光能利用效率和CO2利用效率;接种后叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量显著提高,叶绿素a/b提高,但差异不显著。大田栽培光皮树接种AMF菌剂幼苗试验所测指标均显著高于盆栽。接种组总生物量较对照差异性显著,接种处理幼苗较非接种处理显著提高。 In order to determine the effect of AMF on the photosynthetic physiological response of C.wilsoniana and to provide a theoretical basis for the technique of producing mycorrhizal seedlings as well,C.wilsoniana cultured in field and in pot were inoculated with AMF respectively,and the biomass and photosynthetic parameters were measured after one year.The results showed that in any of the two culture styles: Total biomass of seedlings inoculated with AMF was enhanced significantly compared with CK.The colonization rate of inoculation treatments with AMF were higher than the other treatments of none AMF.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and stomatal conductance(Gs) of C.wilsoniana seedlings were increased significantly by AMF colonization.The water use efficiency(WUE),light use efficiency(LUE) and CO2 use efficiency(CUE) were significantly promoted after inoculated with AMF.The contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were significantly increased by AMF inoculation,and chlorophyll a/b was also increased but not significantly.Totally,the field culture was better than the pot culture compared with growth and photosynthetic physiological indices on Cornus wilsoniana seedlings inoculated with AMF inoculation.
