新型珠兰花茶的化学成分分析 被引量:4

摘要 为探明新型花茶的香气成分组成,研究和开发更具特色的新型花茶系列产品,以新研制的珠兰花茶为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取法并结合气相色谱-质谱仪联用技术,分析3种新型珠兰花茶的化学成分。结果表明:在茶样A(珠兰花和茉莉花)、茶样B(珠兰花、茉莉花和米兰花)和茶样C(珠兰花和米兰花)中分别鉴定出57、52和52个与NISTO5s.LIB和NISTO5.LIB谱图库相似度达80%以上的化学成分,分别占总含量的94.72%、96.95%和98.59%,其中,主要成分为β-芳樟醇、乙酸苯甲酯、吲哚、丁香酚、α-法呢烯、茉莉酮酸甲酯、咖啡碱、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和亚麻酸乙酯;茶样C中的植醇、邻苯二甲酸单乙基己基酯、亚麻酸乙酯和大根香叶烯含量比茶样A和茶样B中的高;在茶样中首次分离获得正丁基环己胺(茶样C)、氯代十六烷(茶样B)、芘(茶样B)等成分。 To explore the aroma constituents of new-type scented tea and to provide a theoretical reference for the future research and development of new-type scented tea products.The chemical components of new-type Chloranthus spicatus scented tea were analyzed by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology(GC-MS).The results showed that more than 80% of similarity representing 57 and 52 and 52 chemical compounds were identified,accounting for 94.72%,96.95% and 98.59% in total chemical constituents of A(Chloranthus spicatus flower and jasmine flower),B(Chloranthus spicatus flower,jasmine flower and aglaia odorata)and C(Chloranthus spicatus flower and aglaia odorata),respectively.The major chemical constituents are β-Linalool,acetic acid bebzyl ester,indole,eugenol,α-farnesene,methyl jasmonate,caffeine,dibutyl phthalate and linolenic acid ethyl ester.The contents of phytol,mono(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate,linolenic acid ethyl este and germacrene in tea sample C are much higher than that in A and B.Butylcyclohexylamine,cetyl chloride and pyrene are identified for the first time.
