摘要
为掌握贵州省规模养猪场病原菌的耐药情况,对3个地州市6个规模养猪场的空气、污水、粪便和土壤样本中分离鉴定的4种主要病原菌(大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌和链球菌共97株)采用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法进行细菌耐药性分析。结果表明,4种主要病原菌均存在广泛的耐药性,即呈现多重耐药现象,其中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌尤为突出;在选用的20种抗生素中,以青霉素、四环素、洁霉素、红霉素、痢特灵和罗红霉素的抑菌效果最差。
To grasp the resistance of pathogenic bacteria in scaled farms of Guizhou province, 97 strains including Escherichia, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus were isolated from the air, sewage water, faecal and soil samples in six scaled farms of three areas, and the drug sensitivity was performed. The results showed that the four bacterias had wide-ranging drug resistance and multi- resistance, of which Escherichia and Salmonella were prominent, The lowest sensitive drugs were penicillin, tetracycline, lincomycin, erythromycin, foroxone and roxithromycin.
