摘要
为高体鰟鮍的疾病防治及开发利用提供理论依据,同时为小型鱼类的养殖提供参考,采用静水水生生物测试方法,研究了漂白粉和三氯异氰脲酸对高体鳑鮍(Rhodeus ocellatus)幼鱼的急性毒性效应。结果表明,漂白粉和三氯异氰脲酸在24 h对高体鳑鮍幼鱼的半致死浓度分别为2.414 897 mg/L和1.463 144 mg/L,48 h的半致死浓度分别为1.853 411 mg/L和1.343 347 mg/L;漂白粉和三氯异氰脲酸对高体鰟鮍幼鱼的安全浓度分别为0.33 mg/L和0.34 mg/L。
To provide the theoretical basis and reference for the disease prevention and development of R.ocellatus and small-scale fish farming,the acute toxicity of bleaching powder and trichloroisocyanuric acid on young R.ocellatus were studied by static bioassay test.The results showed that the 24h LC50 of bleaching powder and trichloroisocyanuric acid were 2.414897mg/L and 1.463144mg/L,respectively,the 48h LC50 were 1.853411mg/L and 1.343347mg/L,respectively.The safe concentration of bleaching powder and trichloroisocyanuric acid were 0.33mg/L and 0.34mg/L,respectively.
