摘要
体育社团改革法治环境是指作用于体育社团这一法治主体的改革行为,并对其法治建设过程中的法治效果产生影响的各种外部因素。体育社团改革法治环境的主要内容包括意识观念、制度体系、组织结构以及法律秩序。体育社团改革法治环境的基本特征是法治化的政府管理社团模式。
The sports reform′s legal environment refers to those external factors that act on sports association reform and its effects on the rule of law during the process of law build-up.The core contents of sports association reform′s legal environment include law consciousness,institutional system,organizational structure and legal order.Sports association reform′s legal environment is characterized by the legalization of association model guided by government management.
