摘要
目的探讨低强度脉冲超声波(LIPUS)对兔内侧副韧带断裂愈合的影响。方法成年兔20只,制备双膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)断裂模型,一侧对照组,另一侧术后24 h给予低强度脉冲超声波治疗。术后6周取2组兔膝关节行大体观察,韧带胶原总含量,I、III型胶原表达及生物力学检测。结果低强度脉冲超声波治疗组极限负荷、刚度检测及韧带I型胶原表达较对照组明显提高(P<0.05),胶原总含量和III型胶原表达也高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 低强度脉冲波对膝关节内侧副韧带断裂修复具有促进作用。
Objective:The research is to explore the effect of low intensity pulse ultrasound(LIPUS) on the healing of ruptured knee medial collateral ligament(MCL) of rabbits.Methods: the MCL of twenty mature rabbits were transected.One side was as control group and the other side received LIPUS after 24 hours operation.6 weeks postoperatively,the knees of rabbits were obtained to measure the collage content,the expression of I,III type collage and had biomechanical test.Results:the maximum load,linear stiffness and the expression of I type collage were significantly higher of LIPUS group than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion The collage content and the expression of III type collage of LIPUS group were higher those of control group,but there were no significant difference(P0.05).
