摘要
对班主任工作专业性的认识,是当前重要的理论和实践问题。班主任工作的专业性,本源在于班主任工作充满着复杂性,是一项复杂的实践活动。从班主任工作中最基本的人、事及其关系的意义上看,班主任工作专业性表现为研究学生,成就学生;研究实践,系统形成;研究自我,生命自觉等方面。基于上述认识,班主任工作专业性的培育需要多方力量的介入,班主任个体的改革实践是班主任自身专业成长的根基;学校对于班主任工作专业性的尊重与培育,是直接的支持体系;教育行政部门需要强化专业性的区域支持;高校与科研院所也需要实现自身的转型。
How to comprehend the professionalization of head teachers is an important problem theoretically and practically. This issue is based on the complexity of head teacher's affairs. To analyze it on the related persons and affairs, the professionalization of head teacher includes following aspects: research on students in order to help them get achievements, research on practice to form systemic knowledge, and research on themselves to form self - consciousness, etc. Therefore, conclusions can be made as follows: efforts from all direction should be taken to cultivate the professionalization of head teachers; the foundation of their growth is practice taken by themselves; the respect and cultivation to the head teachers' affair is the most direct support; regional support from executive departments is urgently needed; transformation on universities and research institutions should be taken.
