初中学生成长记录册使用的现状、问题及对策——基于上海市两所中学的研究

The Present Situation,Problems and Countermoves of Shanghai Middle School Students Growing up Track Record

本文在文献研究、访谈以及对上海市不同区县的两所初级中学1400多名教师、家长和学生进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了上海市自2004学年开始实施的《学生成长记录册》使用的现状;并寻找其存在的问题,提出相应的对策,旨在为初中学生成长记录册的完善提供帮助。

The writing of the article is based on the methods of the document studying, interviewing and questionnaire survey about 1400 teachers, students and parents of two different middle schools in Shanghai. Then we analyze the current situation, problems and countermoves of Shanghai Middle School Students Growing up Track Record since 2004. The primary purpose offering helps to complete the Middle School Students Growing up Track Record.
