摘要
为了在工业生产中提高宝石加工的精度和效率,采用一种基于DSP控制五自由度机械手实现宝石加工的方案。系统以DSP为核心处理器,辅以专用步进电机驱动芯片,配合传感器,液晶显示和遥控技术,可以远距输入宝石设计参数,控制机械手进行宝石研磨和抛光动作。测试表明,该系统减少人工加工高精度宝石的误差,提高了加工灵活度和效率。
In order to improve the efficiency and precision of gemstone processing in the industrial production,using a 5-DOF manipulator based on DSP control to process gemstone.System with DSP as the core processor,supported by dedicated stepping motor driver chips,with the sensor technology,LCD display and remote control technology,it can input the parameters of gemstone design with long range to control the manipulator movement about grinding and polishing gemstone.Test shows that the system greatly reduce the errors of manual processing precise gemstone and improve the processing flexibility ratio and efficiency.
