摘要
在卡盘式数控立车主轴箱上增加过渡套筒,主轴箱与过渡套筒采用锥面定位.利用注胶技术消除过渡套筒与底座内孔间隙,实现过渡套筒与底座良好定位。采用过渡套筒与底座结合面小面积刮研,替代传统立柱与底座结合面大面积刮研。此技术可以大大降低劳动强度,减少装配时间,提高主轴箱刚性。
Adding the transition sleeve on the vertical CNC lather,the spindle box and the transition sleeve can be position by conica The transition sleeve and the manchine base canbe located well by using the technology of plastic injection eliminates the space of the transition sleeve and the manchine base of the transition pore.Combined with the transition sleeve and the manchine base surface scraping a small area of research,instead of the traditional column and base with a large surface area of scraping.This technology can significantly reduce the labor intensity and reduce assembly time and improve the rigidity of the spindle box.
