摘要
针对西北主网与新疆电网联网工程投产初期,深入研究了西北电网主要安全稳定问题,特别是联网通道上河西地区酒泉风电基地风电集中接入对系统安全稳定性的影响,量化了河西风电与同容量火电机组接入系统对联网通道输电能力差别。研究结果表明,风电集中接入将引起电网有功功率大幅度波动,进而造成河西750 kV通道电压控制困难,并对系统调频、调峰及调度运行带来挑战;通过提出相应技术措施,实施和完善运行控制策略和措施,合理安排电网运行方式,确保风电机组抗频率、电压扰动特性满足相关规定要求,最大限度地发挥了联网通道输电能力。
In view of the northwest principal network and the Xinjiang electrical network networking project production initial period,northwest power grid main security stable question is deeply researched,specially on the networking channel Hexi area Jiuquan wind electricity base ground wind electricity centralism turning on to the system,the quan-tification river westerly wind electricity and the co-content thermal power unit turns on the system to the networking channel transmitting capacity difference.The findings indicates that wind electricity centralism turning on cause the power grid active power along with it large scale fluctuation,then causes the Hexi 750 kV channel voltage control diffi-culty;But through proposed relevant technology measure,implements and consummates the operating control strategy and the measure,the possible arrangement power grid movement way,acts as lookout strictly the electricity and the gateway,guaranteed that the wind electrical machinery anti-frequency,the voltage perturbation characteristic satisfy the related establish requirements,may display networking channel transmitting capacity maximum limit.
