凯时联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果观察

Effect observation of Alprostadil combined withα-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的观察凯时联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果,以评价其临床价值。方法糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在综合治疗基础上给予凯时联合α-硫辛酸治疗;对照组在综合治疗基础上予维生素B12治疗。比较2组治疗前、后密歇根症状评分及运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)。结果治疗组治疗后各症状密歇根评分均低于治疗前,对照组感觉减退、麻木症状密歇根评分低于治疗前,治疗后治疗组刺痛、烧灼感症状密歇根评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后正中神经和腓神经的MCV、SCV均高于治疗前,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凯时联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Alprostadil combined withα-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods 60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each.The treatment group was added with Alprostadil combined α lipoic acid on the basis of the comprehensive treatment,but the control group received vitamin B12 to treat on the basis of the comprehensive treatment.Michigan symptom score,motor nerve conduction velocity （MCV） and sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV） in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Michigan score in all symptom of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,Michigan score of Hypesthesia and numbness of the control group after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and after treatment the Michigan score of prickling and burning of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant （P0.05）.After treatment,the MCV and SCV of Median nerve and peroneal nerve of the treatment group were higher than those before treatment and higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant （P0.05 ）. Conclusion Alprostadil combined with α-lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective and can be applied for clinics.
