蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血患者40例效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血的效果及不良反应。方法对40例慢性肾脏疾病Ⅳ期患者使用蔗糖铁治疗,并观察其疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后患者血红蛋白(Hb)及铁蛋白水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),蔗糖铁不良反应较少。结论蔗糖铁治疗肾性贫血疗效确切,较安全,但仍需严密观察其不良反应。
