分析比较了青海产、外省购入、进口小麦商品粮的籽粒品质和加工品质的差异,为青海小麦品质育种及加工提供理论依据。
The paper analyses the difference of seed and processing quality of spring wheat between prooduced in Qinghai, purchased from other provinces and imported oversea, that being a theoretical basis for breeding and processing of spring wheat in the province.
