ZHANG Bishi——Father of Modern Grape Wine in China

介绍了我国现代葡萄酒之父——张弼士传奇的人生。张弼士先生于1894年从外国引进120多个优质葡萄品种,建立了自己的葡萄酒原料基地,并引进压榨机、蒸馏机、发酵罐、橡木贮酒桶等酿酒先进设备,建立了我国最早采用现代科学技术酿造葡萄酒的大企业——张裕葡萄酿酒公司。从此,揭开了中国葡萄酒工业化生产的序幕。

The life legend of ZHANG Bishi, father of modem grape wine in China, was introduced in this paper. He introduced more than 120 quallity grape species from abroad in 1894 and then established his own raw materials base of grape wine. Besides, he introduced lots of advanced wine-making apparatus including squeezer, distillating machine, fermenting pot, and oak wine barrel etc. Furthermore, under his leadership, the largest grape wine-making enterprise in China--Changyu Co.Ltd. had been established. He had opened the door to industrialized production of grape wine in China.
