摘要
介绍了定期检验中发现的1000m3氧气球罐裂纹情况,分析认为球壳板母材边缘存在缺陷、焊后热影响区材料性能的退化与各种应力的存在是导致具有再热裂纹倾向的07MnCrMoVR制球罐产生裂纹的主要原因。技术要求不完善使裂纹在制造安装阶段未能得到消除。提出为保证07MnCrMoVR制球罐的安全质量应加强对球壳板边缘母材质量的检查,增加热处理后的检测比例,定期检验重点部位是热影响区的建议。
The characteristics of the cracks found on the 1000m3 Oxygen spherical tank at periodic inspection was introduced in this paper.It is Analyzed that for 07MnCrMoVR steel spherical tank with a certain degree of reheat cracks tendency,the main reason of cracks is defects in the spherical shell plates edge,the heat affected material performance degradation after welding and various stress.Owing to the technical requirements imperfect the cracks was failed to get eliminated in the manufacture and installation phase.Some suggestions are proposed about the base metal quality of spherical shell plates edge should be strengthened tested,increased past weld heat treatment test ratio,key Inspection part is heat affected zone at periodic inspection,which ensure 07MnCrMoVR steel spherical tank safe mass.
