摘要
目的了解医院麻醉药品的临床使用情况及用药趋势,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理使用提供参考。方法统计2008-2010年医院计算机信息管理系统麻醉药品使用数据,采用用药频度分析法对11种麻醉药品进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品用药金额逐年递增,2008-2010年各年度麻醉药品中吗啡缓释片、芬太尼注射液和瑞芬太尼粉针剂销售金额一直占据前3位。芬太尼注射液的用药频度一直位居第1。结论医院麻醉药品用药结构基本合理。吗啡缓释片现在是该院临床缓解肿瘤疼痛惟一的口服制剂,可待因片已不再作为癌痛治疗的选择。
Objective To investigate the current positions and potential trends of the narcotic drug used in hospital for providing a reference for the scientific management and the rational use of narcotics.Methods Counted the data of narcotic drug used hospital computer information management system in 2008-2010,the used of DDDs analysed 11 kinds of narcotic drug.Results The amount of narcotic medication increased year by year,morphine sustained-release tablets,fentanyl injection and remifentanil injection in 2008-2010 had been dominated by the amount of sales of the top three.The DDDs of fentanyl injection had been ranked No.1.Conclusion The rationality of sprescriptions in hospital seems to be appropriate.Morphine sustained-release tablets in our hospital is now the only oral preparations for relieve cancer pain,codeine phosphate tablets is no longer the choice for treat of cancer pain.
