纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗急性重度酒精中毒疗效观察

The effect observation of naloxone combined with xingnaojing in acute severe alcoholism

目的观察纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床疗效。方法 80例急性重度酒精中毒患者随机分成2组,治疗组40例应用纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗,对照组40例给予纳洛酮治疗。比较2组治疗后意识清醒时间、症状消失时间及平均动脉压。结果治疗组治疗后意识清醒时间、症状消失时间及平均动脉压均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮联合醒脑静治疗急性重度酒精中毒疗效显著,催醒时间短,恢复快,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of naloxone combined with xingnaojing in acute severe alcoholism.Methods 80 cases patients with acute severe alcoholism were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group（n=40） were given naloxone combined with xingnaojing,control group（n=40） were given naloxone.After treatment,compared safe consciousness time,the symptoms disappear time and mean arterial pressure of two groups.Results After treatment,the safe consciousness time,the symptoms disappear time and mean arterial pressure of treatment group were better than those of control group,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Naloxone combined with xingnaojing in severe alcoholism has a nice effect,wake time short,recovery quick,worthy of clinical application.
