经皮椎体成形术对脊柱转移癌患者生活质量的影响

Effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on quality of life of patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma

目的评价经皮椎体成形术对脊柱转移癌患者生活质量的影响。方法 23例脊柱转移癌疼痛三阶梯疗法不佳患者,在C臂透视下行经皮椎体成形术,分别于术前、术后7 d、术后1月对疼痛情况、生活质量情况进行评分,并进行安全性评估。结果治疗后1周、1个月的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(1.78±1.24)和(1.53±1.24),明显低于术前的(7.63±1.11)。治疗前生活质量调查表(QQL)评分为(17.80±5.26),治疗后1周、1个月时分别为(33.67±5.52)和(31.80±4.76),生活质量有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术是一种安全有效的微创介入治疗方法,能有效缓解脊柱转移癌疼痛患者的疼痛,改善其生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the e{fect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on the quality of life of patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma. Methods For 23 patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma who got unsatisfactory result after three-step pain treatment,percutaneous vertebroplasty was performed under C arm fluoroscopy. The pain and life quality of the patient were assessed before operation and at 7 days and one month after operation respectively through VAS score. And surgical safety was evaluated simultaneously. Results The postoperative VAS score were （1.78±1.24） at one week and （1.53 ± 1.24） at one month after treatment, which was significantly lower than the preoperative score（7.63± 1.11）. QQL score were （17.80 ±5.26） before treatment and increased to （33.67±5.52） at one week and （31.80±4.76） at one month respectively after treatment,with marked improvement of the quality of life（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty is a safe and effective minimally invasive therapy and can effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of life in patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma.
