宫颈癌的筛查方法 被引量：7

摘要 宫颈癌（cervical cancer）是威胁妇女健康最为严重的疾病之一，在女性肿瘤发病率中占第2位。我国每年新增病例13．15万人，占世界新发患者数的1／3。近年来，宫颈癌的防治研究取得了三大突破：（1）病因明确，高危人乳头瘤病毒（human papilloma virus，HPV）是其发生的必要条件；（2）宫颈癌筛查、早诊早治方法取得重大进展；（3）HPV预防性疫苗成功上市。筛查是防治宫颈癌的关健，
