宫颈癌的筛查方法 被引量:7

摘要 宫颈癌(cervical cancer)是威胁妇女健康最为严重的疾病之一,在女性肿瘤发病率中占第2位。我国每年新增病例13.15万人,占世界新发患者数的1/3。近年来,宫颈癌的防治研究取得了三大突破:(1)病因明确,高危人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)是其发生的必要条件;(2)宫颈癌筛查、早诊早治方法取得重大进展;(3)HPV预防性疫苗成功上市。筛查是防治宫颈癌的关健,
