摘要
目的分析了解厦门市思明区游泳池水水质的卫生状况,为加强游泳场所的卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法对思明区游泳池水水质的pH、浑浊度、尿素、游离性余氯、菌落总数和大肠菌群进行检验,并对2009-2010年游泳池的检测结果进行统计分析。结果共检测游泳池水样204份,各项指标全部合格的为104份,合格率为51%。样品不合格项目主要是游离性余氯与pH,还有部分水样菌落总数和大肠菌群超标。两年总体的合格率因游离性余氯的差异导致差异有统计学意义,不同区域不同类型水质的合格率差异均无统计学意义。结论思明区游泳池水水质的卫生状况较差,仍需加强消毒工作。监督监测重点是要完善各游泳场所游离性余氯的监控制度,加强对经营管理者的业务技能培训,加强公共卫生知识的宣传教育,防止池水受到各类排泄物的污染。
Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Siming District of Xiamen,and to provide the scientific evidence for hygienic control.Methods We tested pH,turbidity,urea,free chlorine residual,aerobic bacterial count and total coliform bacteria of swimming pool water in Siming during the period of 2009~2010,and then analyzed the results.Results Totally 204 water samples were detected,and the indicators of 104 samples were all qualified,with the qualified rate of 51%.There were statistically significant differences in the total qualified rate of swimming pool water between 2009 and 2010 because of the obvious difference of free chlorine residual.Among the difference types of swimming pools,the qualified rates had no statistically significant difference.Conclusions The sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Siming District is poor.We should strengthen the disinfection work,especially pay more attention to detect and supervise the free chlorine residual.At the same time,we should enhance the professional skill training of the relevant units,strengthen public health knowledge propaganda,and prevent the contamination resulted from excrements.
