子宫内膜异位症中Survivin的表达及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察凋亡抑制基因Survivin在子宫内膜异位症中的表达,探讨其表达的意义。方法采用免疫组化法检测异位内膜组(40例)、在位内膜组(40例)及正常内膜组(20例)中Survivin蛋白的表达水平。结果 Survivin的阳性表达位于腺上皮细胞的细胞核或细胞浆,异位内膜组阳性表达分别高于在位内膜组、正常内膜组(P<0.05),在位内膜组阳性表达高于正常内膜组(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin在子宫内膜异位组表达明显增高,Survivin可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生密切相关。 Objective To observe the expression of apoptosis gene Survivin in endometriosis and explore the significance of its expression.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of Survivin in 40 cases of endometrium,40 cases of ectopic endometrium and 20 cases of normal endometrium.Results Survivin positive expression in the nucleus or cytoplasm of glandular epithelial cells,the positive expression group was higher in endometriosis group（P0.05）,eutopic endometrium group was higher than normal group（P0.05）.Conclusion Survivin expression in endometriosis was significantly higher,Survivin may be associated with endometriosis.
