彩色多普勒超声对180例妇产科急症的诊断探讨

Clinical Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of 180 Gynecologic and Obstetric Emergencies

目的探讨妇产科急症采用彩色多普勒超声诊断的临床价值。方法选择广州市妇女儿童医疗中心2009年1月-2011年1月收治的妇产科急症患者180例,对其应用彩色多普勒超声进行检查的临床特点进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断与手术结果对比分析,黄体破裂11例,确诊10例,误诊1例;异位妊娠93例,确诊89例,误诊3例,漏诊1例;盆腔炎性包块26例,确诊24例,漏诊2例;葡萄胎12例,均确诊;过期流产20例,均确诊;胎盘滞留6例,均确诊。结论在妇产科急症中采用超声诊断具有较高准确率,患者无痛苦,操作简单,可随诊,收费低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of emergency gynecological and obstetric cases.Method One hundred and eighty emergency gynecological and obstetric patients hospitalized in Guangzhou Women and Children＇s Medical Center from January 2009 to January 2011 were enrolled into this study.Color Doppler ultrasonic examination characteristics of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Comparison of the results of surgery and color ultrasonic diagnosis showed that there were 11 cases of rupture of corpus luteum（including 10 cases diagnosed and 1 case misdiagnosed）,93 cases of ectopic pregnancy（including 89 cases diagnosed and 3 case misdiagnosed）,26 cases of pelvic inflammatory mass（including 24 cases diagnosed and 2 case misdiagnosed）,12 cases of hydatidiform mole（all the 12 cases were confirmed）,and 20 cases of missed abortion（all the 20 cases were confirmed）,and 6 cases of retained placenta（all the 6 cases were confirmed）.Conclusions Ultrasonic diagnosis of emergency gynecological and obstetric cases shows the advantages of high accuracy,painlessness,simple operation,easy diagnosis and inexpensiveness.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
