沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性评价

Evaluation on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Salmeterol and Fluticasone Propinate Powder Inhalant in Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及安全性。方法将2009年12月-2010年11月收治的132例支气管哮喘患者遵照知情同意原则随机分为观察组67例和对照组65例,对照组采用布地奈德粉吸入剂治疗,观察组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,比较分析两组的治疗情况。结果观察组的总有效率为97.0%,明显高于对照组的86.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的不良反应发生率分别为7.5%、4.6%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘获得满意疗效,且安全性好,值得临床关注。

Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of salmeterol and fluticasone propinate powder inhalant in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods One hundred and thirty-two patients with bronchial asthma hospitalized in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Urumchi from December 2009 to November 2010 were randomly divided into observation group（n=67） and control group（n=65） in accordance with informed consent.The patients in control group were treated with budesonide powder for inhalation,while the patients in observation group were received salmeterol and fluticasone propinate powder inhalant.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.0%,which was significantly higher than that in control group（86.2%）,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P0.05）.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in observation group and control group were 7.5% and 4.6%,respectively;and no statistically significant difference was found between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Salmeterol and fluticasone propinate powder inhalant shows satisfactory clinical efficacy and good safety in the treatment of bronchial asthma.It is worthy of clinical attention.
