阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效和预防分析

Therapeutic Effect of Alfacalcidol on Senile Osteoporosis and Analysis of Its Preventive Measures

目的探讨阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效和预防措施。方法 100例老年原发性骨质疏松症患者根据入院顺序平分为两组-治疗组与对照组各50例,对照组患者每天口服钙剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阿法骨化醇片治疗。结果两组治疗前的股骨颈、L 2-4骨密度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组指标都有明显增加,但是治疗组患者股骨颈、L 2-4骨密度较对照组均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,治疗组的疼痛改善总有效率为80.0%,对照组的疼痛改善总有效率为40.0%,治疗组明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿法骨化醇治疗老年性骨质疏松症能够有效提高股骨颈、L 2-4骨密度,缓解疼痛症状,但是在治疗中注重预防措施。

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of alfacalcidol on senile osteoporosis and to discuss its preventive measures.Methods One hundred elderly patients with primary osteoporosis were divided into two groups（each n=50）.The control group was treated with basic daily oral calcium,while the treatment group was added alfacalcidol therapy based on the basic treatment.Results Before the treatment,no statistically significant difference was found in the femoral neck and L 2-4 BMD between the two groups（P0.05）.After the treatment,the indicators of the two groups were increased significantly,but the femoral neck and L 2-4 BMD in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.05）.After the treatment,the total response rate of pain improvement was 80.0% in the treatment group and 40.0% in the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Alfacalcidol treatment of senile osteoporosis can effectively improve the femoral neck and L 2-4 bone mineral density and relieve the pain,but more attention should be paid to the preventive measures in the treatment course.
