护士职业损伤现状及自我防护行为的调查研究

Investigation on Current Status of Occupational Injuries and Self-protection Behaviors Among Nurses

目的调查护士职业损伤现状及自我防护行为情况,为临床工作提供指导信息。方法采用自制调查问卷,对河北省涞源县医院随机抽取的130名护士进行临床工作中职业损伤现状及自我防护行为情况的调查并分析结果。结果物理性危害占28.5%,化学性危害占33.1%,生物性危害占34.6%,心理社会性危害占39.2%;护士在洗手、隔离等自我防护行为方面均有欠缺。结论临床上应关注护士职业损伤状况,加强相关的职业防护教育与培训,尽量避免护士职业损伤的发生。

Objective To investigate the current situation of occupational injuries and self-protection behaviors in nurses,and to provide guidance and information for clinical practice.Methods One hundred and thirty nurses were randomly selected from the People＇s Hospital of Laiyuan County.The current status of occupational injuries and self-protection behaviors in these nurses were investigated by self-made questionnaires,and then the results were analyzed.Results Physical hazards accounted for 28.5%,chemical hazards accounted for 33.1%,biological hazards accounted for 34.6%,and psychosocial hazards accounted for 39.2%.Nurses were lacking at self-protective behaviors,such as hand-washing and isolation.Conclusions Clinical nurses should be concerned about the situation of occupational injuries.The relevant education and training about occupational protection should be strengthened so as to avoid occupational injuries in nurses.
