互联网信息时代的到来,以博客、微博为主要标志的新媒体的到来,媒介越发变得个人化,引发了人类既有的各类社会组织形式、交往模式、整个社会结构及其组织方式的全面重构,人类社会也由此进入一个高速变革的时代。如何在现代执政理念中引入新媒体参与社会治理,从而构建政府与新媒介势力的和谐互动,最终构建社会和谐是本文追求的目标。

With the coming of Internet and information age and micro -blog becomes more personalized, which results in the , the new media in the major form of web blog reconstruction of social organizations, communtcation modes, social structures and other organizational forms and brings human society to a highly reformed era. This paper aims to find ways for new media to participate in modern governance to construct a harmonious interaction between government and new media force, which will eventually lead to a harmonious society.
