摘要
对发生泄漏的液压油箱加热管进行了宏观检察、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相分析及扫描电镜分析。结果表明,加热管内壁面加工印痕和沿晶分布的β及β'硬脆相,引起应力腐蚀是导致加热管开裂泄漏的主要原因。
The cracked heating pipe for hydraulic oil tank was macro-examined,chemically analyzed,mechanical property tested,and examined under light microscope and SEM.The results show that the heating pipe leaking mainly arises from stress corrosion resulting from machining marks on the inner surface and hard-brittle β and β′ phases distributed at grain boundaries.
