摘要
介绍了一种电磁电器动态特性测试系统与数据处理新方法。以智能控制与保护开关电器(CPS)动态过程测试为实例,采用高速摄影机技术,运用非接触式测试方式,来实现对电器机构的触头位移、速度等参数的动态检测,然后应用专业的图像处理软件完成降噪处理,从而获得智能CPS的真实动态特性,并利用LabVIEW软件实现了人机交互。该动态测试系统是一种有效、先进的智能电磁电器测试系统,具有高精度、高动态响应、非接触等特点。
Introduction was made to a kind of electro-magnetic electrical appliance dynamic testing system and data processing new method.Taking dynamic process testing of intelligent control and protective switching device(CPS) for actual example,high speed camera technology was adopted,non-contact testing method applied to realize dynamic test for contacts displacement,speed etc parameters of electrical appliance.Special image processing software was applied to complete noise reduction processing,so as to obtain intelligent CPS's real dynamic characteristics,LabVIEW used to achieve man-machine interaction.The dynamic testing system is a kind of effective,advanced and intelligent electro-magnetic electrical appliance testing system with high accuracy,high dynamic response and non-contacting etc features.
