汉黄芩素对肺癌细胞株A549的体外作用研究

Inhibitory effects of wogonin on lung cancer A549 cell line in vitro

目的:探讨体外汉黄芩素对肺癌细胞株A549增殖、侵袭及凋亡的影响。方法:应用MTT(噻唑蓝)法检测汉黄芩素对于A549细胞增殖活性;用形态学方法观察汉黄芩素对A549细胞的促凋亡作用;应用Transwell法观察细胞侵袭能力。结果:汉黄芩素对A549细胞增殖和侵袭活性具有明显抑制作用,对肺癌细胞有明显促凋亡作用,镜下可见染色体聚集及细胞核碎裂。结论:汉黄芩素对肺癌A549细胞的增殖迁移均有明显抑制作用并可促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。

Objective：To study the inhibitory effect of wogonin on proliferation,invasion ability and pro-apoptotic activity in lung cancer A549 cell line.Methods：MTT chromatometry was employed to determine the influence of wogonin on proliferation of A549 cell.The apoptosis-promoting effect of wogonin on A549 cell was observed by morphological method.The changes of cell invasive ability in vitro were detected by Transwell assay.Results：Wogonin showed significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation and invasive activity of A549 cell line and the apoptosis-promoting effect on lung cancer cells.Conclusion：Wogonin can significantly inhibit proliferation and migration of lung cancer A549 cells and promote the apoptosis of A549 cell line.
