外耳瘢痕疙瘩内剥切并术后即时放疗疗效分析

Analysis on the effect of striping and incising and immediate electron-beam radiotherapy in the patients with earlap keloid

目的:探讨外耳瘢痕疙瘩内剥切术后及时电子线放射治疗的效果。方法:对收治24例外耳瘢痕疙瘩患者行瘢痕内剥切手术切除及采用直线加速器6 MeV电子线照射,总剂量15～21 Gy,10次2周。结果:24例患者中,治愈20例,治愈率83.3%;有效3例,有效率12.5%;无效1例(为复发者),占4.2%,皮损复发的范围较前明显缩小。结论:外耳瘢痕疙瘩内剥切术后及时电子线放射治疗对于保持外耳美观、防治外耳瘢痕疙瘩的效果较好,是一种安全有效的治疗外耳瘢痕疙瘩方法。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the treatment of striping and incising earlap keloid followed by immediate electron-beam radiotherapy.Methods：24 patients were treated by striping and incising earlap keloid and immediate radiotherapy with 6 MeV linear accelerator electron-beam.The total dosage was 15～21 Gy,ten times in two weeks.Results：In 24 cases,20 cases were cured,with the cure rate of 83.3%;3 cases were effectual with the cure rate of 12.5%;1 case（recurrent one）was unfruitful,with the invalid rate of 4.2%,but the area of keloma was obviously decreased.Conclusion：Striping and incising of earlap keloid followed by immediate electron-beam radiotherapy is a safe and effective treatment,which plays a important role in keeping outlook of earlap and treating earlap keloid.
