This paper introduced foundation geological exploration on the left-spillway and intake work in Jiangkou Hydropower Plant.By taking integrated exploration test method, the engineering geology,hydmgeology conditions, contacting and cementing conditions of foundation surface with the rock were checked. It provided the optimization scheme and construction for prevention and reinforcement design.
