摘要 针对江西华能瑞金电厂一期工程2×350 MW国产超临界直流锅炉起动调试阶段采用不熄火降压法吹管的情况,重点对2号炉吹管进行分析,并通过对1号炉和2号炉的吹管进行比较分析,对吹管中的一些关键点(如:吹管系数、吹管时间及用水量等)和出现的若干问题进行了分析和总结,其成功应用的经验可为类似的超临界直流锅炉蒸汽吹管提供一些参考。 This paper generally introduced the process of steam purging of the domestic supercritical once-through boiler of Huaneng Ruijin 2 x350MW Power Plant with the pressure-reducing method. The process of steam purging of the second unit was analyzed. Compared with the first unit, the problems and key-points (steam purging coefficient, steam purging time ,water consumption ) during the process of steam purging was analyzed and summarized. The success experience can provide the reference for the similar supercritical once-through boilers.
