摘要
通过工程实例,介绍热轧旋流沉淀池圆柱形壳体的设计计算方法及施工次序,提出设计理念及构造措施。本工程采用倒逆法施工,先施工支护墙,使得旋流沉淀池施工简单迅速,缩短了工期,为后续工程做了很好的铺垫。此种设计受力清晰明确,简单明了。侧重介绍旋流沉淀池的受力分析及外支护结构的合理利用以及主要弯矩的受力部位位置,并在该位置采取增设暗梁等构造措施。
Through engineering examples, this paper introduces the design and calculation method and construction sequence of cylindrical shell of hot- rolled hydrocyclone sediment tank , puts forward the design principles and structural measures. This project adopts inverse construction method. Construction of supporting parapet wall is done firstly to simplify and shorten construction of hydrocyclone sediment tank, to reduce the construction time, to well set off the coming engineering. The author believes that force is simple and clear in this design. The paper focuses on introduction of force analysis, rational utilization of external parapet wall construction, stressed position of main flexural torque on which buried beam and other construction measures are taken.
