摘要
考察了西部图书馆的落后现状,分析了西部图书馆发展的后发优势,强调了西部图书馆实现跨越式发展的技术性后发优势和制度性后发优势,并对西部图书馆实现跨越式发展的途径进行了深入研究。
In the late - developing advantage theory perspective, there are channels and possibilities of rapid development in the western libraries. The thesis investigated the backwardness of the western libraries, analysed the late - developing advantage of development of the western libraries, emphasized technical and institutional advantage of the western libraries to bring about development by leaps and bounds, and intensive studied the ways to carry out leap - forward development of the western libraries.
